Roof Inspection

The roof was inspected on Monday 9th May 2011 and the builder was asked to take some detailed photos of the damage from his inspection point.

You can see the photos below:

North roof of nave with moss and frost damaged tiles.	Ridge tile in a precarious state.
North Nave Roof - Thin lathes used and not battens. Lathes are rotten and broken, nails are rusted.	Cracks in cement fillet on the side of the roof.
Example of the rotten lathes and rusted nails together with evidence of rot in cross timbers.	Typical slipping tiles cemented in next to tower. Some tiles have been reused and put in upside down.
